Private lessons are available to piping students of all ages and levels, from the absolute beginner to the more seasoned piper.
It is not necessary to know how to read music at first. Nor is it advisable to buy a set of pipes when first learning to play. All that is needed, initially, is a practice chanter and the commitment to practice what you learn.
Students at Piper's Grant™ have ranged in age from 7 years to over 80 years old, and with the musical background ranging from professional musicians to students with no musical background whatsoever.
Half hour private lessons are held in the Columbia, Maryland area, as well as thru long distance learning capabilities. Group lessons are also available to various local and non-local organizations and corporations upon request.
